Melody Shapiro has Arrived!

Melody Allison Shapiro has arrived and is ready to sing her first song! Weighing in at 6 pounds, 7 ounces and measuring 18 3/4 inches, Melody entered the world on September 12 at 9:54 a.m. at El Camino Hospital under the expert care of Dr. David Francisco (assisted by Grandpa Dr. Sherwin Lewis). Mommy Marcie is recovering very well and Daddy Steve is doing likewise!

Below are a couple of photos of Melody's modeling debut. Stay tuned for updates and plenty more photos in the near future!

  • I want to take some credit for Melody as I am pretty sure our visit to California nearly coincided with her conception...

    2+6...carry the one....yeah maybe :)

    Jody and I have that effect on people...we are the social equivalent to a Barry White album and a bottle of Merlot...

    When we show up..it's baby making time :)
